Meet Jaime
After earning my Bachelor of Science from Montana State University with an emphasis in finance, I kicked off my sales career in Billings, Montana, where I worked for several years in the insurance industry and held a property/casualty license.
I then obtained a residential real estate salesperson license and worked as a buyer's agent for one of Montana's top real estate brokers. After six years in residential real estate, I made the 700-mile move to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It was here that I found my passion for commercial real estate. I began this endeavor by managing four commercial properties, and finished almost 20 years later, managing 2 million square feet of commercial space, comprising more than 70 properties and a large retail development.
Working with commercial tenants for almost two decades has given me the opportunity to meet many unique business owners and individuals. My ability to work well with diverse groups fosters trust and honesty among those around me, and my strengths in follow-up, response time and communication are evident throughout my process.
I left commercial property management in 2024, but my affability, professional strengths and exceptional leadership skills have followed me to Tysdal Commercial. Here, I continue my passion for commercial real estate as the director of brokerage services and as a broker associate.
